Build out for a retail store in Five Points area of Columbia. Includes a new mezzanine/loft area for storage with retail centers, restrooms, and personal room.
Renovation of an old gas station building in downtown Chapin into S&S Destination, a sweets shop and deli. Included adding on storage and restroom to look like the caboose of a train. The project preserved the original brick interior. The renovation included pine wood floors and kitchen equipment.
